HEART OF EXPERIAN

Heart of Experian are a small grant making charity that seeks to help small groups and organisations to flourish.

You must be a local community organisation such as a school, charity or community group and your project must seek to benefit the community as a whole, not an individual. The grant must help to make the project sustainable. Heart of Experian particularly seeks to support projects that are themed around financial inclusion, financial education, entrepreneurship and developing business skills. Applications are invited for £5,000 or less.

SHORT BREAK CARE GRANTS 2017

Funding is available to promote innovation and development in the provision of group based short break care for children with disabilities in Salford. Ideas are also welcomed that will help to develop existing activities in order to provide better support to children and their families. In order to apply activity must be accessible to children and families who live in Salford. Organisations who received funding from previous Short Break Care rounds are ineligible to apply. Groups can apply for up to £5,000.

VOLUNTEER EXPENSES FUND 2017

Voluntary and community groups can apply for grants to help meet the cost of paying out of pocket expenses. Items covered include travel costs, childcare, protective clothing and DBS checks. Grants can be made of up to £750 and are funded by NHS Salford Clinical Commissioning Group.

The next deadline for applications is Monday 4th December 2017.
