BECOME A MEMBER
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester are open to local youth clubs and projects of all kinds becoming members and taking advantage of the great range of opportunities membership offers.
We currently offer three levels of affiliation. Each has varying levels of requirements, but also varying levels of benefit.

There are no requirements from any member club at this level
It is expected that you will move to Activity Membership within one-year. |

First year membership is free.
After the first year, cost is £75 per year by standing order
In order to be an Activity Member you must have in place - A governing document - An active management committee / board of trustees - Safeguarding policy - Nominated safeguarding officer - GDPR Policy - Financial policy and procedures - Health and Safety Policy - Appropriate insurance
At least two people must complete the NSPCC Safeguarding Training provided by BGCGM

Participation in our activities, training and events programme.
Subsidised access to Ormside Mill Residential Centre.

In order to be an Activity Member you must have in place
- A governing document - An active management committee / board of trustees - Safeguarding policy - Nominated safeguarding officer - GDPR Policy - Financial policy and procedures - Health and Safety Policy - Appropriate insurance
In order to be a full member, you must adopt the Boys & Girls Clubs name and logo
Have a clear and obvious commitment to getting involved in and delivering BGCGM programmes
A commitment to completing the BGCGM Healthy Clubs Programme within 2-years of progressing to Full-Member status

Able to apply for and receive funding from BGCGM.
Access to our corporate partner programmes.
Access to our professional support and advice services at subsidised rates.
Help with leasing / owning property through Custodian Trusteeship |
