WORKING TOGETHER TO SUPPORT THE NEXT GENERATION OF STOCKPORT LADS CLUB
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester have helped to facilitate a new relationship between Lane End New Beginnings and Stockport Lads Club.
Lane End New Beginnings have committed to supporting their ambitions to grow and develop as their 130th anniversary celebrations get underway next year.
Working with the Hempshaw Lane club, Lane End New Beginnings identified that one way to support the club was through the provision of a new sink unit and food preparation space that would meet hygiene guidelines and allow the club to provide hot and healthy food and drinks.
Working with Rixonway Kitchens, the team supplied and fitted the kitchen for Stockport Lads Club. “We were delighted to help such a fantastic cause” added Sonya Fraser, Marketing Manager at Rixonway
Lane End New Beginnings CEO Kate Harrison said, “Lane End support the communities in which we build to create sustainable investments that make a difference to those living in these areas.”
Stockport Lads Club, Harry Hough added, “We are so grateful for this facility, it really will be making a lasting difference to what we are able to offer our members and their parents and it will also help with the sustainability of the club.”
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester would also like to thank Lane End New Beginnings for their support.
